Privacy Policy

Effective 15 May 2026

This policy covers the data handled by Camalia Group’s internal applications and integrations — in particular, our QuickBooks Online integration. Camalia Group is privately held and operates these systems for its own businesses. We are not a SaaS vendor; we do not sell software or data to third parties; and we do not run a public service over this infrastructure.

1. Who We Are

“Camalia Group” refers to Camalia Group Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and its wholly-owned operating brands. We can be reached at admin@camaliagroup.com.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to:

3. What Data We Access

Our QuickBooks Online integration reads and, where authorised, writes financial records belonging to Camalia Group — transactions, invoices, bills, customer and vendor records, products, and reports. All of this data belongs to Camalia Group itself. The integration does not access financial data of any other company, individual, or external customer.

Where Camalia Group records contain information about third parties — for example, a customer’s billing name and email on an invoice — that information is processed only in the course of operating Camalia Group’s own books, and only to the extent it already exists in our accounting records.

4. How We Use That Data

The data is used to:

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise share this data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not use it to train external machine-learning models.

5. Where Data Is Stored

Authoritative financial records remain in Intuit QuickBooks Online under Camalia Group’s account. Our integration stores operational state — such as OAuth refresh tokens, categorisation rules, and processing logs — on infrastructure controlled by Camalia Group. We use small language-model API providers (for example, Anthropic and OpenAI) to assist with categorisation; data sent to those providers is governed by their respective enterprise terms and is not used to train their models.

6. Sharing With Third Parties

Beyond the platforms that the integration is by design connected to (Intuit, and the model providers named above), we do not share Camalia Group financial data with third parties, except:

7. Security

Credentials — including Intuit OAuth tokens, API keys, and service-account credentials — are stored on Camalia Group-controlled servers with restricted access. Connections to Intuit and to model providers are made over TLS. Access to the systems handling this data is limited to authorised Camalia Group personnel.

No system is perfectly secure. We do not warrant that our safeguards will be sufficient under every circumstance, and we make no public security guarantees.

8. Retention

Operational state and logs are retained for as long as they remain useful for our internal bookkeeping and audit needs, or as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations — whichever is longer.

9. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or comparable third-party analytics on these pages.

10. Children

This integration and these pages are intended for internal business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen years of age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
